i got a new swing speed radar today to see how fast i can swing and my best swing was 129 m.p.h. but my drives only average about 250 yards. with that clubhead speed i should be over 300 yards on a good drive. I use a 10 degree firm flex callaway steelhead. please help

129 mph is really fast. It is not impossible, but I would question the accuracy of the device. Perhaps you do swing that fast though. If the ball is not going far enough, that means you are not hitting the ball squarely. Get something that will show you where you are hitting the ball, and see if you are hitting it too high or too low. Make sure it is 129mph not 129 kph.
