Caddy is noble and woth of respect
I am not sure whehter you really think being a caddy is noble, but I think so and I can experience their difficulties although I never have been a caddy. I am not clear the specific situation of other golf courses but the work of caddy in every Callaway Diablo Edge Tour Fairway Woods course are much the same.
According to my work experience, in my mind the image of caddies is like this : the age of caddies varies from 18 years old to 25 years old (except for the special court) majority are girls, however, not all of us can be a caddy, beside skills, a good physical condition is necessary. They must receive pre-job training about three months before taking up their posts.
