Anyone have an opinion on the new 2008 Callaway Big Bertha Irons?
I just purchased this set off of E-bay and am looking forward to their arrival. I was just wondering if anyone out there in Yahoo-land has had the opportunity to play with these new irons, particularly the 3-5 I-brids.
Answer:
Whats your handicap? If you are a low handicap like 0 to -12 you might not care for the feedback and control of such a forgiving club. But if you are mid to high -13++ you will probably love them. I've hit them before. They have a very good feel and an easy release but I don't play them for the reason that I like to play more golf shots and work the ball so a club that forgiving isn't for me. But if it's better ball striking you are after you will hone that in with these babies easily. Hope that helps.
